Setting the Price of Your Home
A good rule of thumb before setting a price is to make 20 comparisons of comparable properties within a one-mile radius of your house. Once completed you can feel comfortable that the price you've picked is a good guage of the home's worth and won't discourage qualified buyers.
"Two Requests"
An elderly woman decided to prepare her will and told her pastor she had two final requests.
First, she wanted to be cremated, and second, she wanted her ashes sprinkled over Wal-Mart.
"Wal-Mart?" the pastor exclaimed. "Why Wal-Mart?"
The woman replied, "Then I'll be sure my daughters visit me twice a week."
